PARTIES TO DISPUTE:





STATEMENT OF CLAIM: Claim of the General Committee of The Order of Railroad Telegraphers on the Pacific Electric Railway that all employes of the Carrier working as Agent at Van Nuys, California, since December 1st, 1942, be paid the difference between what compensation has been allowed them beginning December 1st 1942, for the handling of Railway Express Agency business and amount to which they are entitled under an agreement between the parties to this dispute effective July 20th, 1937.


FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds:

That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parte by complainant party; and


That no hearing thereon has been held, and under date of October 9, 1945, the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division requesting withdrawal of this case, which request is hereby granted.




Case dismissed.
