PARTIES TO DISPUTE:





STAI EMENT OF CLAIM: Claim of the general committee of the Order of Railroad Telegraphers on Missouri Pacific Lines in Texas and Louisiana, in behalf of R. H. Haney for $75.60 account improper payment by the Railway Express Agency for services performed in the handling of a shipment of 378 boxes of citrus fruit originating at Alamo, Texas, October 14, 1943, destined Chicago, Illinois.


FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds:

That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parte by complainant party; and


That no hearing thereon has been held, and under date of October 29, 1945, the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division requesting withdrawal of the case, which request is hereby granted.




Case dismissed.
