BROTHERHOOD OF RAILWAY AND STEAMSHIP CLERKS, FREIGHT HANDLERS, EXPRESS AND STATION EMPLOYES
STATEMENT OF CLAIM: Claim of the System Committee of the Brotherhood that the carrier violates the rules of the Clerks Agreement at Croxton and Jersey City, New Jersey when it compensates the Chief Icing Inspector and four Icing Inspectors for service performed on their seventh day and holidays worked at pro rata rate of pay, and
That carrier shall now compensate employes W. J. O'Rourke, C. H. Hyland, J. D. Kelley, R. O. Favreau and H. J. Giblin at rate of time and one-half for service performed on the seventh day and holidays worked retroactive to December 1, 1943.
That the, dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parte by complainant party; and
That no hearing thereon has been held, and under date of November 23, 1945, the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division requesting withdrawal of the case, which request is hereby granted.
