STATEMENT OF CLAIM: Claim of the System Committee of the Brotherhood that:
(a) The Carrier violated the Clerks' Agreement on May 18, 1944, when it refused to assign Miss Minnette Crittenden to the position of Division Engineer's Clerk at Palestine, Texas; also
(b) Claim that Miss Crittenden now be assigned to the position and compensated for all losses sustained.
That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parts by complainant party; and
That no hearing thereon has been held, and under date of December 3, 1946, the complainant party adressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division requesting withdrawal of the case, which request is hereby granted.
