STATEMENT OF CLAIM: The Grievance Committee, Cincinnati Division No. 717, Order of Railway Conductors, representing the conductors of the Columbus Agency, claims violation of the Agreement between The Pullman Company and Conductors in the Service of The Pullman Company in not using employes covered by the Agreement to do conductors' work on Lines 1362 and 1850, New York Central Train No. 1, departing from Columbus, Ohio, on May 18, 1943, and subsequent dates, and now asks that conductors be immediately assigned to these lines, with pay for all time lost.
That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parts by complainant party; and
That no hearing thereon has been held, and under date of January 23, 1946, the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division requesting withdrawal of the case, which request is hereby granted.
