STATEMENT OF CLAIM: The Order of Railway Conductors, Pullman System, claims violation of the Agreement between The Pullman Company and Conductors in the Service of The Pullman Company, as interpreted by Adjustment Board awards, in the removal of conductors from Line 3200, L. & N. Trains Nos. 2 and 3, between Cincinnati, Ohio, and Nashville, Tennessee, on July 12, 1943, and asks reinstatement of conductors to this line immediately, with compensation for all time lost.
That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parts by complainant party; and
That no hearing thereon has been held, and under date of January 23, 1946, the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division requesting withdrawal of the case, which request is hereby granted.
