PARTIES TO DISPUTE:

ORDER OF RAILWAY CONDUCTORS, PULLMAN SYSTEM



STATEMENT OF CLAIM: The Grievance Committee of Memphis Division No. 714, Order of Railway Conductors, Pullman System, claims non-compliance with the rules of the Agreement between The Pullman Company and Conductors in the Service of The Pullman Company in not using employes who hold seniority as Conductors to perform Conductors' work in Line 3060, Rock Island Train No. 51, departing from Memphis on August 2, 1943, and subsequent dates, and asks that Conductors entitled to this work be compensated for all time lost by reason of this violation, and that a like settlement be made for each date this line is allowed to depart without a Conductor in charge.




That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parts by complainant party; and


That no hearing thereon has been held, and under date of January 23, 1946, the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division requesting withdrawal of the case, which request is hereby granted.
