STATEMENT OF CLAIM: Claim of the General Committee of the
Brotherhood of Railway and Steamship Clerks, Freight Handlers, Express
and Station Employes on the Chicago, Rock Island and Pacific Railroad, that
(1) The correct rate of pay for the position of Stenographer Clerk
in the City Ticket Office, Kansas City, Missouri, is $168.96,
retroactive to the date the position was created.
(2) Claim that employes involved in or affected by the agreement
violation be compensated for all losses sustained.
FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds:
That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment
Board ex parts by complainant party; and
That no hearing thereon has been held, and under date of May 10,
1946, the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the
Secretary of the Third Division requesting withdrawal of this case, which
request is hereby granted.
AWARD
Case dismissed.
