PARTIES TO DISPUTE:

ORDER OF RAILWAY CONDUCTORS, PULLMAN SYSTEM



STATEMENT OF CLAIM: The Order of Railway Conductors, Pullman System, claims that the rules of the Agreement between The Pullman Company and its Conductors were violated when on Sunday, December 6, 1943, and subsequent Sundays, a conductor was not assigned to PRR Train No. 188, Philadelphia to New York, to perform conductor's work; that the conductor assignment on PRR Train No. 188 is a 7-day operation, that the regularassigned conductor works six days and Sunday is the scheduled relief day, and asking that the extra conductor entitled to this relief work be compensated for all time lost.




That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parts by complainant party; and


That no hearing thereon has been held, and under date of June 4, 1946, the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division requesting withdrawal of the case, which request is hereby granted.
