STATEMENT OF CLAIM: Claim of the System Committee of the
Brotherhood that:

(a) The Carrier violated agreement and settlement with the Clerks' Organization effective September 19, 1944 when it removed a part of the work of handling mail and baggage at Troup, Texas, from the scope and operation of the Clerks' Agreement. Also


(b) Claim that the Porter at Troup, Texas, be reimbursed for all losses sustained because of the violation.


FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds:

That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parts by complainant party; and


That no hearing thereon has been held, and under date of October 31, 1946, the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division requesting withdrawal of this case, which request is hereby granted.
