PARTIES TO DISPUTE:





STATEMENT OF CLAIM: . " " For and in behalf of B. P. Egar who is now, and for a number of years past has been employed by The Pullman Company as an attendant operating out of the Pennsylvania Terminal District.


Because The Pullman Company did, under date of November 2, 1945, take disciplinary action against Attendant Egar by giving him an actual suspension of twenty-eight (28) days on charges unproved; which action was unjust, unreasonable, arbitrary and in abuse of the Company's discretion.


And further, for the record of Attendant Egar to be cleared of the charges made against him in this case and for him to be reimbursed for this unjust and unreasonable action.




That the dispute was certifies. to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parts by complainant party; and


That no hearing thereon has been held, and under date of November 13, 1946 the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division requesting w1thdrawal of this case, which request is hereby granted.




' Case dismissed.
