STATEMENT OF CLAIM: (a) Claim that the Carrier violated the Signalmen's agreement when it did not provide good, sanitary, and properly equipped boarding ear or cars for a megger gang at Cuba, New York.
(b) Claim that Leading Signalman H. L. Schadt, while assigned to megger job at Cuba, New York, August 4, 1944, to March 18, 1945, be paid riding time from S,rlamanca, New York, to point where required to work and return, account good, sanitary, and properly equipped boarding car or cars were not provided by the Carrier.
That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parte by complainant party;
That this Division of the Adjustment Board has jurisdiction over the dispute involved herein; and
That hearing th,sreon was waived. Under dates of June 16th and 18th,. 1947 the parties addressed formal communications to the Secretary of the Third Division requesting withdrawal of this case, which requests are hereby granted.
