BROTHERHOOD OF RAILWAY AND STEAMSHIP CLERKS, FREIGHT HANDLERS, EXPRESS AND STATION EMPLOYES
STATEMENT OF CLAIM: Claim of the System Committee of the Brotherhood of Railway and Steamship Clerks, Freight Handlers, Express and Station Employes, that:
(1) The position of Relief Clerk, Macon Terminal Company, Macon, Georgia, presently occupied by Clerk R. B. Dodd, should be compensated at $221.17 per month (plus adjustment of $37.74 per month as per Agreements of April 15-113 and May 25, 1946), present salary, $258.91 per month, instead of the present method of computing the daily rates of schedule positions and those of Excepted Positions on basis of other than 306 days per year, and that, therefore,
(2) Relief Clerk R. B. Dodd, and any and all other incumbents of the position, if any, shall now be compensated for the difference between the proper salary of $258.91 per month and what he or they have received, retroactive to August 1, 1:345.
That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parts by complainant party; and
That no hearing thereon has been held, and under date of June 3, 1947, the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division requesting withdrawal' of this case, which request is hereby granted.
