STATEMENT OF CLAIM: Claim of the System Committee of the Brotherhood that:
(a) The Carrier is violating the Clerks' Agreement at Weslaco, Texas by requiring or permitting telegraphers to perform, on Sundays and holidays, work that is assigned to and performed by Clerks on week days. Also
(b) Claim that the two General Clerks be paid eight hours at the rate of time and one-half for each Sunday and holiday involved during the life of this violation.
That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parte by complainant party; and
That no 'hearing thereon has been held, and under date of June 16, 1947, the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division requesting withdrawal of this case, which request is hereby granted.
