BROTHERHOOD OF RAILROAD SIGNALMEN OF AMERICA



STATEMENT OF CLAIM: Claim for a minimum call of two hours and forty minutes at $1.59 per hour on or about October 7, 1944, and for a minimum call of two hours and forty minutes at $1.59 per hour on October 9, 1944, by T. & T. Maintainer, F. J. Mashek, Jr., Long Island Railroad, because of employes other than T. & S. Department employes doing work that is covered by the T. & S. Agreement.




That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parte by complainant party; and


That no hearing thereon has been held and under date of June 30, 1947, the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division withdrawing this case, which request is hereby granted.
