ORDER OF RAILWAY CONDUCTORS, PULLMAN SYSTEM



STATEMENT OF CLAIM: The Order of Railway Conductors, Pullman System, claims :for and on behalf of Conductor J. S. King of the Jersey City District, that he was wrongfully suspended from actual service from October 12 to October :18, 1946, six (6) days, one trip, in Line 4080. We ask that Conductor King's record be cleared of these charges and that he be compensated for the time lost.




That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parte by complainant party; and


That no hearing thereon has been held, and under date of June 30, 1947 the complainant patty addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division requesting withdrawal of this case, which request is hereby granted.
