PARTIES TO DISPUTE:

BROTHERHOOD OF RAILWAY SIGNALMEN OF AMERICA

THE CENTRAL RAILROAD COMPANY OF NEW JERSEY

STATEMENT OF CLAIM: (a) That E. Mascot be paid the Leading Maintainer's rate of pay for all days paid as a Signal Maintainer from December 9, 1945, and so long as he continues to work his present assignment established by Vacancy Bulletin No. 11-8-45, dated November 23, 1945.


(b) That C. Monroe be paid the Leading Maintainer's rate of pay for all days paid as Signal Maintainer from December 13 1945 and so long as he continues to work his present assignment established by Vacancy Bulletin No. 11-10-45, dated November 23, 1945.


(c) That S. Skillman be paid the Leading Maintainer's rate of pay for all days paid as Signal Maintainer from May 26, 1946, and so long as he continues to work his present assignment established by Vacancy Bulletin No. 11-9-45, dated November 23, 1945.




That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board jointly by the parties; and


That hearing was waived and under date of July 11, 1947, the parties jointly addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division requesting withdrawal of this case, which request is hereby granted.
