JOINT COUNCIL DINING CAR EMPLOYES-LOCAL 370



STATEMENT OF CLAIM: Claim of the Joint Council Dining Car Employes, Local 370, on the property of the Pennsylvania Railroad Company, for and in behalf of Porter Thomas, waiter, to adjust his rate of pay from the second year rate of one hundred sixty-eight and eighty hundredths ($168.80) dollars (waiters) to the top rate of pay for waiters, one hundred seventy-one and forty hundredths ($171.40) dollars.




That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parts by complainant party; and


That no hearing thereon has been held, and under date of August 6, 1947, the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the secretary of the Third Division requesting withdrawal of this case, which request is hereby granted.
