STATEMENT OF CLAIM: Claim of the General Committee of The Order of Railroad Telegraphers on the Pacific Electric Company, that C. J. Black, regularly assigned as assistant agent, Pacific Electric Railway Company, at Santa Ana, California, be paid $156.00 expenses while used as ticket agent at San Bernardino, August 7th to September 20th, inclusive, 1945, account used away from his assigned position.
That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parts by complainant party; and
That no hearing thereon has been held, and under date of November 12, 1947, the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division requesting withdrawal of this case which request is hereby granted.
