PARTIES TO DISPUTE:

ORDER OF RAILWAY CONDUCTORS, PULLMAN SYSTEM



STATEMENT OF CLAIM: Conductors M. D. Hauser, E. E. Gray, C. M. McCoy and M. A. McIsaac, Detroit District, claim violation of the Agreement between The Pullman Company and Conductors in the Service of The Pullman Company, as interpreted by Adjustment Board Awards, by removal of conductors from Line 1765, Wabash-Penna. Trains 7 and 8, between Detroit and Chicago, on April 15, 1942, and ask reinstatement of conductors to this line immediately.




That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parte by complainant party; and


That no hearing thereon has been held, and under date of February 24, 1948, the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division requesting withdrawal of this case, which request is hereby granted.
