PARTIES TO DISPUTE:

ORDER OF RAILWAY CONDUCTORS, PULLMAN SYSTEM



STATEMENT OF CLAIM: Claim of the Order of Railway Conductors, Pullman System, in behalf of Conductor W. E. Johnson, Baltimore District, for credit and pay under Rule 24, Agreement between The Pullman Company and Conductors in the Service of The Pullman Company, for all service performed on each specified layover and relief day subsequent to March 11, 1943, and eight (8) hours held for service under Rule 9, for each unscheduled layover or relief since that date, until he is returned to his regular side of Line 2093, to which he was assigned by bulletin under Rule 31.



That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parts by complainant party; and


That no hearing thereon has been held, and under date of February 24, 1948, the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division requesting withdrawal of this case, which request is hereby granted.
