STATEMENT OF CLAIM: Claim for all dining car stewards for pay at regular hourly rates until 11:30 P.M., when released from duty for purposes of pay earlier than that hour, wile traveling with their cars, since July 13, 1938.
That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parte by complainant party; and
That hearing was waived by the parties and case handled to a conclusion; under dates of April 9th and 15th, 1948, the parties addressed formal communications to the Secretary of the Third Division requesting withdrawal of this case, which request is hereby granted.
