PARTIES TO DISPUTE:





STATEMENT OF CLAIM: Claim of the General Committee of The Order of Railroad Telegraphers on the Atlantic Coast Line Railroad Company that Q. A. Strickland dismissed from service on August 26, 1946, for an alleged violation of Rule "G" shall be restored to his former position as third trick telegrapher in the Orlando Passenger Station, Orlando, Florida, with seniority and pass rights unimpaired and compensated for all time lost since the date of his dismissal.


OPINION OF BOARD: The evidence of record discloses no reason for disturbing the action of the Carrier.


FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board, after giving the parties to this dispute due notice of hearing thereon, and upon the whole record and all the evidence, finds and holds:


That the Carrier and the Employes involved in this dispute are respectively carrier and employes within the meaning of the Railway Labor Act, as approved June 21, 1934;


That this Division of the Adjustment Board has ,jurisdiction over the dispute involved herein; and


That the evidence of record discloses no reason for disturbing the ac r tion of the Carrier, and claim will be denied.
