BROTHERHOOD OF RAILWAY AND STEAMSHIP CLERKS, FREIGHT HANDLERS, EXPRESS AND STATION EMPLOYES
STATEMENT OF CLAIM: Claim of the System Committee of the Brotherhood that the carrier violates the rules of the Clerks' Agreement at Cleveland, Ohio, in the office of the Auditor of Disbursements when on March 12th and 13th, 1947, it failed and refused to permit the Voucher Record Clerk to perform overtime work on her position and,
That carrier shall compensate Employe Miss Kathryn Guiton for four (4) hours at time and one-half rate to cover time spent by Mr. Frank Buehler in performing the work assigned to position occupied by Miss Kathryn Guiton.
That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parte by complainant party; and
That no hearing thereon has been held, and under date of June 11, 1948, the parties jointly addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division requesting withdrawal of this case, which request is hereby granted.
