BROTHERHOOD OF RAILWAY AND STEAMSHIP CLERKS, FREIGHT HANDLERS, EXPRESS AND STATION EMPLOYES




STATEMENT OF CLAIM: Claim of the System Committee of the Brotherhood that the carrier violated the rules of the Clerks' Agreement at Cleveland, Ohio, when on March 26th to 28th, 1947, inclusive, it permitted an empoye or employes not covered by the Clerks' Agreement in the office of Auditor of Disbursements to perform work covered thereby, and




seventeen (17) hours at time and one-half rate.



That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parte by complainant party; and


That no hearing thereon has been held, and under date of June 11, 1948, the parties jointly addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division requesting withdrawal of this case, which request is hereby granted.




    Case dismissed.
