PARTIES TO DISPUTE:
BROTHERHOOD OF RAILROAD SIGNALMEN OF AMERICA
FLORIDA EAST COAST RAILWAY COMPANY
STATEMENT OF CLAIM:
Claim that Assistant Signalman A. B. Bennett,
Sr., be paid the Signalman's rate of pay for work performed by him on No
vember 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8, 1946.
FINDINGS:
The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds:
That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment
Board ex parts by complainant party; and
That no hearing thereon has been held and under date of July 7, 1948, the
complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the
Third division withdrawing this case, which request is hereby granted.
AWARD
Case dismissed.
