PARTIES TO DISPUTE:





STATEMENT OF CLAIM: Claim of the General Committee of The Order of Railroad Telegraphers on The Pennsylvania Railroad that E. L. Rossell extra block operator, headquarters Bordentown, N. J., was properly instructed to work as telegrapher at `FAIR' Interlocking, 6 A. M. to 1 P. M. November 26, 1946 and that he submitted time claim for traveling ana waiting time from the time last passenger train left Bordentown that would arrive at Trenton in time for his assignment; that he shall be paid for such service under the provisions of Article b, Section 11 of the prevailing Telegraphers' Agreement.




That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parts by complainant party; and


That no hearing thereon has been held and under date of July 28, 1948, the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division withdrawing this case, which request is hereby granted.
