STATEMENT OF CLAIM: Claim of the General Committee of The Order of Railroad Telegraphers on the Delaware, Lackawanna and Western Railroad Company that C. E. Folk, regularly assigned to a bulletined temporary vacancy on the agent-operator position at Minetto, New York, who was required, while so assigned to perform relief work on the clerk-operator position at Fulton, New York, August 27 through September 21, 1947, shall be paid for this emergency relief work under Rule 15 (a) of the Telegraphers' Agreement as follows:









That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parts by complainant party; and


That no hearing thereon has been held and under date of December 3 1948, the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Acting Secretary of the Third Division withdrawing this case, which request 1s hereby granted.
