STATEMENT OF CLAIM: Claim that signalman G. Q. Sheridan, with regularly assigned headquarters at Palestine, Texas, be remunerated for expenses he accrued between December 1 and 12, 1946, when taken from his headquarters to fill a new position at Conroe, Texas. Amount of claim, $56.50.




That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parts by complainant party;


That this Division of the Adjustment Board has jurisdiction over the dispute involved herein; and


That hearing thereon has been held but not concluded. Under date of Dec. 10, 1948, complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division requesting withdrawal of this case, which request is hereby granted.




' Case dismissed.
