STATEMENT OF CLAIM: * " ' claim of the Order of Railway conductors, Pullman System, in behalf of Conductor R. G. Fox of the Fort Worth District, in which we contend The Pullman Company violated Rules 10 and 22 of the Agreement between The Pullman Company and Its conductors, when under dates of August 27, September B, 19, 20 and 22, 1947, they declined to credit and pay Conductor R. G. Fox 7:30 hours on each of the above dates while performing station duty in Denison, Texas.
We now ask that Conductor Fox be credited and paid 7:30 hours station duty for each of the above mentioned dates, or a total of 37:30 hours.
That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parts by complainant party; and
That no hearing thereon has been held, and under date of May 20, 1949 the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Acting Secretary of the Third Division withdrawing this case, which request is hereby granted.
