PARTIES TO DISPUTE:



ORDER OF RAILWAY CONDUCTORS, PULLMAN SYSTEM

STATEMENT OF CLAIM: Claim of the Order of Railway Conductors, Pullman System, in which it is contended that The Pullman Company violated Rules 10 and 22 of the Agreement between The Pullman Company and its conductors, when


1. On October 24, 1947, they declined to credit and pay Conductor J. D. Scott of the Omaha District, 7:30 hours for performing station duty in Ogden on the above mentioned date.


2. We now ask that a recheck of Conductor Scott's time for the month of October 1947 be made and that he be credited and paid 7:30 hours, as provided in Rule 10 for performing station duty in Ogden on October 24, 1947.




That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parts by complainant party; and


That no hearing thereon has been held and under date of May 20, 1949, the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Acting Secretary of the Third Division withdrawing this case, which request is hereby granted.
