STATEMENT OF CLAIM: Shall 30 demerits assessed against the efficiency record of Dining Car Steward T. R. McBride as a result of Investigation held in superintendent's office December 22, 1943, be expunged from his record?
That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parts by complainant party; and
That no hearing thereon has been held and under date of May 24, 1949, the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Acting Secretary of the Third Division withdrawing this case, which request is hereby granted.
