STATEMENT OF CLAIM: Claim of the General Committee of The Order of Railroad Telegraphers on The Pennsylvania Railroad that the position of Assistant Baggage Agent, Williamsport, Pa., was arbitrarily abolished on June 16, 1948, without abolishing the work in fact and instead turned over to employes not covered by the Scope of the Telegraphers' Agreement, Part 1, and, further, this work shall be restored to the Agreement.
That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parte by complainant party; and
That no hearing thereon has been held, and under date of May 31, 1950, the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Acting Secretary of the Third Division withdrawing this case, which request is hereby granted.
