PARTIES TO DISPUTE:
BROTHERHOOD OF MAINTENANCE OF WAY EMPLOYES
TUCSON, CORNELIA AND GILA BEND RAILROAD COMPANY
STATEMENT OF CLAIM: Claim of the System Committee of the
Brotherhood:
(1) That the Carrier violated the agreement during June and July,
1949, when it reduced the monthly rate of pay of Section Foreman
J. G. Dorame and A. V. Soto.
(2) That Section Foremen J. G. Dorame and A. V. Soto be paid $02.10
each, less authorized deductions, because their basic salary was
arbirarily reduced during the period referred to in part (1) of
this claim.
FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds:
That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment
Board ex parte by complainant party; and
That no hearing thereon has been held and under date of August 1, 1960
the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Actin;
Secretary of the Third Division requesting withdrawal of this case, which
request is hereby granted.
AWARD
Case dismissed.
