PARTIES TO DISPUTE:

BROTHERHOOD OF RAILWAY AND STEAMSHIP CLERKS, FREIGHT HANDLERS, EXPRESS AND STATION EMPLOYES




STATEMENT OF CLAIM: Claim of the District Committee of the Brotherhood that:


(a) The wage and working agreements were violated when employe E. J. Jenks, Revising Clerk, Seattle, Washington, was paid at straight time rate for work performed on October 11 and 12, 1949, instead of at time and one-half time rate, and


(b) That employe E. J. Jenks shall now be paid the difference between amount received at straight time rate and the amount he should have received at time and one-half time the regular rate for work performed on October 11 and 12, 1949.




That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parte by the complainant party; and


That no hearing thereon has been held, and under date of September 22, 1960, the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Acting Secretary of the Third Division requesting withdrawal of this case, which request is hereby granted.
