STATEMENT OF CLAIM: (1) That the Carrier violated the agreement when it did not allow employes of B & B Gang No. 2, Oklahoma Division, pay for two (2) hours each day for reporting for duty and not being use.
(2) That 1. D. Young be allowed pay for two (2) hours on each of the days January 24, 25, 26 and 28, 1949, and that F. B. Young be allowed pay for two (2) hours on each of the days of January 10, 24, 25, 26, and 28, 1949, at their regular rate of $1.24 per hour.
That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parte by complainant party; and
That no hearing thereon has been held and under date of October 4, 1951, the duly authorized representative of the Employes addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division requesting withdrawal of this case for reasons explained, which request is hereby granted.
