ORDER OF RAILWAY CONDUCTORS, PULLMAN SYSTEM
THE PULLMAN COMPANY
STATEMENT OF CLAIM:
The Order of Railway Conductors, Pullman
System, claims for and in behalf of Conductor R. E. Collins, Cincinnati District, that The Pullman Company violated Rules 9, 12 and 22 of the Agreement
between The Pullman Company and its Conductors:
1. In computing Conductor Collins' time for the month of February, 1951, with special reference to the entry shown on Conductor
Collins' time sheet for the first half of February, 1951, for held-forservice time from 8:45 A.M., February 2, until 2:19 P.M., same date.
2. We now ask that Conductor Collins be credited and paid 5:45
hours held-for-service time in accordance with the rules of the Agreement.
FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds:
That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment
Board ex parte by the complainant party; and
That no hearing thereon has been held, and under date of October 3'1), 1951
the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Acting Secretary of the Third Division withdrawing this case, which request is hereby
granted.
AWARD
Case dismissed.
