PARTIES TO DISPUTE:





STATEMENT OF CLAIM: Claim of the General Committee of The Order of Railroad Telegraphers on the Seabord Air Line Railroad Company that the regularly assigned third trick operator, Mr. W. I3. Brown at Raleigh Yard, shall be paid the difference in pay between straight time rate (which he was paid) and the time and one-half rate (which he should have been paid) account being required to perform service on May 13 and 14, 1950; causing him to work fifty-six hours in his work-week beginning May 8.




That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parts by complainant party; and


That no hearing thereon has been held, and under date of December 4, 1951, the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Acting Secretary of the Third Division requesting withdrawal of this case, which request is hereby granted.
