STATEMENT OF CLAIM: Claim of the System Committee of the Brotherhood that:
The discipline of suspension imposed upon L. V. Hare, Station Baggageman, North Philadelphia Station, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Philadelphia Terminal Division, from May 25, 1948, to June 28, 1948, inclusive, be removed from his service record and that he be reimbursed for all monetary loss sustained by reason thereof. (Docket E-644).
That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex-parte by the complainant party; and
That no hearing thereon has been held, and under date of April 7, 1952, the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Acting Secretary of the Third Division requesting withdrawal of this case, which request is hereby granted.
