STATEMENT OF CLAIM: Claim of the Joint Council Dining Car Employes, Local 370 for and on behalf of Dudley Washington and others similarly situated as employes of the New York Central System; that Claimant be reimbursed for all money expended for the purchase of meals while carrying out the duties of his assignment as an employe of the New York Central System, on Delaware and Hudson, Trains 34 and 35; for a period of time dating from June 25, 1951 to the present.
That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parts by complainant party; and
That no hearing thereon has been held and under date of October 9, 1952, the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division requesting withdrawal of this case, which request is hereby granted.
