Brotherhood that:

(a) Carrier violated provisions of Memorandum of Agreement dated Chicago, Illinois, March 10, 1951, by declining to allow wage compensation as therein provided for to employes who were in service on or after September 9, 1950, but for various reasons had left the service prior to January 29, 1951;


(b) That Elmer Seibert, Janitor at Wheaton, Illinois, P. W. Fortman, Storehouse Helper at Wheaton, Illinois, and Rudolph Hawlik, Janitor at Villa Park, Illinois, et al.# be allowed their wage loss, aproximate $381.99 $342.78, and $335.88 respectively, representing the difference between what they were paid for services performed for the Carrier from September 9, 1950 to the date their service was terminated and what they should have been paid under terms of the March 10, 1951 Agreement. #To include all other employes similarly affected, namely,

That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment
 Board ex parts by the complainant party; and

 That no hearing thereon has been held, and under date of August 4, 1952 the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division requesting withdrawal of this case, which request is hereby granted.

    Case dismissed.
