PARTIES TO DISPUTE:

BROTHERHOOD OF RAILROAD SIGNALMEN OF AMERICA



STATEMENT OF CLAIM: Claim of the General Committee of the Brotherhood of Railroad Signalmen of America on the Pennsylvania Railroad that the senior qualified Mechanic on furlough be compensated for November 25 to 29, inclusive, 1949, by reason of the position of Maintainer at Day having been blanked.


FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds:

That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parte by complainant party;


That this Division of the Adjustment Board has jurisdiction over the dispute involved herein; and


That hearing thereon has been held and concluded. Under date of February 16, 1954, the parties jointly addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division requesting withdrawal of this case, which is hereby granted.




Case dismissed.
