Claim of Dining Car Steward E. C. Cave for $260.01
Claim of Dining Car Steward H. C. Skinner for $282.72
when the Carrier arbitrarily changed home terminal of Dining Car Stewards
from Kansas City to Minneapolis, Trains 507 and 508, April 16, 1952.
OPINION OF BOARD:
The evidence of record in this particular docket
fails in support of the claim as a consequence of which the claim will be
denied.
FINDINGS:
The Third Division of the Adjustment Board, upon the whole
record and all the evidence, finds and holds:
That both parties to this dispute waived hearing thereon;
That the Carrier and the Employes involved in this dispute are respectively carrier and employes within the meaning of the Railway Labor Act,
as approved June 21, 1934;
That this Division of the Adjustment Board has jurisdiction over the
dispute involved herein; and
The claim will be denied.

Claim denied.
