STATEMENT OF CLAIM: Claim of the Brotherhood of Railway Clerks that:
The Carrier violated and continues to violate provisions of Agreement between the parties effective November 1, 1948, by refusal to bulletin and make assignment thereto in accordance with terms of said Agreement a position of Assistant to Advertising and Public Relations Director created in the Passenger Traffic Department of the Carrier, St. Louis, effective February 1, 1953.
That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parte by the complainant party; and
That no hearing thereon has been held, and under date of November 29, 1954 the parties jointly advised the Secretary of the Third Division of their desire to withdraw this case, which request is hereby granted.
