PARTIES TO DISPUTE:



THE NEW YORK CENTRAL RAILROAD COMPANY (Line West)

STATEMENT OF CLAIM: Claim of the General Committee of The Order of Railroad Telegraphers on the New York Central Railroad (Line West of Buffalo) that:


1. W. J. Bildhauser shall be paid an automobile mileage allowance of 40 miles at 80E per mile each day he traveled between Otis and Porter March 1954 through May 27, 1954, less the payments previously made; and


2. N. S. Wait shall be paid an automobile mileage allowance of 40 miles at 80 per mile each day he traveled between Otis and Porter during April 1954 less the payments previously made.




That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parts by the complainant party; and


That hearing was waived and under date of February 21 1956 the parties jointly addressed a formal communication to the Secretary ol the Third Division requesting withdrawal of this case, which request is hereby granted.
