STATEMENT OF CLAIM: Claim of the System Committee, Brotherhood of Railroad Signalmen of America on the Searboard Air Line Railroad
Company, that:
Signalman F. H. Clay be paid the difference between the
Leading Signalman's rate and Signalman's rate of pay for all
hours worked by him from November 17, 1953, through November 26, 1953.
FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds:
That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment
Board ex parte by the complainant party; and
That no hearing thereon has been held, and under date of March 15,
1956, the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division requesting withdrawal of this case, which request is hereby granted.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
