PARTIES TO DISPUTE:



STATEMENT OF CLAIM: Claim of the General Committee of The Order of Railroad Telegraphers on the Grand Trunk Western Railway Company that:


1. The Carrier shall pay L. H. Wheeler, 1st operator-clerk, Muskegon, eight hours at the straight time rate for Saturday, December 25, 1954, and Saturday, January 1, 1955.


2. The Carrier shall pay John Yenchar, Jr., 3rd operator-clerk, Ionia, eight hours at the straight time rate for Saturday, December 25, 1954, and Saturday, January 1, 1955.


3. The Carrier shall pay H. W. Buck, 1st operator-clerk, St. Johns, eight hours at the straight time rate for Saturday, December 25, 1954, and Saturday, January 1,1955.


4. The Carrier shall pay agent-operator P. P. Bush, Greenville, eight hours at the straight time rate for Saturday, December 25, 1954, and Saturday, January 1, 1955.


5. The Carrier shall pay C. Grosvenor, 1st operator-clerk. Owasso, eight hours at the straight time rate for Saturday, December 25, 1954, and Saturday, January 1,1955.




That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parts by the complainant party; and


That hearing thereon has been held but not concluded, and under date of April 26, 1956, the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division requesting withdrawal of this case, which request is hereby granted.
