STATEMENT OF CLAIM:
Claim of the General Committee of the
Brotherhood of Railroad Signalmen of America that:
Retired Signal Maintainer Jake Schnitzler be paid an additional
five days vacation pay for the year 1954. (Carrier's File G-303-2;
G-303)
FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds:
That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment
Board ex parts by the complainant party; and
That hearing thereon has not been held. Under date of July 17, 1956,
the Petitioner addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the
Third Division requesting withdrawal of this case from further consideration
by the Division, which request is hereby granted.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
