STATEMENT OF CLAIM: . Claim of the System Committee of the Brotherhood that:


(1) The rules of the current Agreement were violated on July 31, 1955, when Engine Dispatcher-Caller Dareo Mattivi was not paid eight (8) hours at the punitive rate for working from 9:20 A. M. to 4:00 P. M., on his rest day.


(2) That Engine Dispatcher-Caller Mattivi be paid one hour and twenty minutes additional at the punitive rate for July 31, 1955.




That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parts by the complainant party; and


That no hearing thereon has been held, and under date of October 24, 1956, the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division requesting withdrawal of this case, which request is hereby granted.
