STATEMENT OF CLAIM: Claim of the System Committee of the Brotherhood:



July 1, 2 and 3, 1952, when it required Mr. W. D. Bryant to suspend work on his regular assignment of Clerk Miscellaneous Accounts-Fuel, Disbursements Department, Tyler, Texas, and perform the duties of Clerk Miscellaneous Accounts- Bills and Vouchers, during the absence of Mr. J. W. Ellis6 while on vacation.


(2) That Mr. W. D. Bryant be compensated for the four days at his regular rate of pay, in addition to that already paid him for service performed on those days.




That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parte by the complainant party; and


That no hearing thereon has been held, and under date of November 20, 1956, the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division requesting withdrawal of this case, which request is hereby granted.
